Custom Bag Manufacturing Policy
At LIMON Leather Goods Co., Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality bag manufacturing solutions for global brands, wholesalers, retailers, and entrepreneurs.
As a professional OEM and ODM bag manufacturer, most of our products are customized according to customer requirements, including materials, colors, designs, logos, and packaging.
Due to the customized nature of our products, refund and return policies may vary depending on the order type.
1. Sample Orders
For sample orders:
Customers may request modifications or adjustments before mass production.
If there are quality issues caused by manufacturing defects, please contact us within:
7 days after receiving the products
with:
- Order information
- Product photos
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, including:
- Product adjustment
- Replacement
- Other agreed solutions
2. Bulk Production Orders
For wholesale and OEM/ODM orders:
Before mass production begins, we provide:
- Product confirmation
- Material confirmation
- Sample approval
- Production details confirmation
Once production is approved and started, customized orders cannot normally be cancelled or returned due to their personalized nature.
3. Quality Issues
We take product quality seriously.
If products have confirmed manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately.
Possible solutions include:
- Replacement of defective products
- Repair solutions
- Production compensation agreement
Each case will be reviewed individually.
4. Non-Quality Related Returns
Due to customization requirements, we generally do not accept returns caused by:
- Customer design changes
- Incorrect specifications provided by customers
- Color preference differences
- Changes in market demand
- Personal preference
5. Custom Logo & Private Label Products
Products with:
- Custom logos
- Private labels
- Special materials
- Custom packaging
cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing quality issue.
6. Inspection Before Shipment
Before shipment, products will go through quality inspection.
Customers may request:
- Product photos
- Video inspection
- Third-party inspection services
before final shipment.
7. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins.
Once materials are purchased or production starts, cancellation may not be accepted.
